A New Season

ohwow. Well for those of you that have been eagerly awaiting an update... it's been a while! sorry! I think it's probably been a whole semester since I've checked in... *checks* Umm pretty much... 5 months. Wow. I'm glad my fish are still alive! Well. I guess I better get started.

Mega-Update

Whoops. It's been over a month.
I'd say it's been really busy, but honestly that would be a lie. I was crazy busy for about 3 weeks after that last blog entry, what with conference intensives and then conference (and that will all be recounted if you read on), but after that... well, it feels like I was super busy for a lot of it, but honestly, if I really think about it, I don't have a clue what I was doing for my two weeks of break. I really do have to rack my brain. Anyways. This week we're now back into the full swing of school, in another, completely different (and AWESOME) set of intensives. Read on for more, vaguely chronologically...

What's Church all about? Why are you going to the other side of the world to learn about God? Why on earth is God such a big deal to you? Some of you don't really get what all of this is about. Well, it's about THAT verse. And I'm only just getting that. But it's about the crazy depths of grace offered and the God of Heaven and Earth offering me the unfailing love that no-one else in this universe can.

So I am now an employed person. Somehow. And the job could give me a decent income... or it could not... That would depend on my ability to sell Woolworth's credit cards. And no, British people, that is not the same as the Woolworths that went bankrupt when the banks crashed or whatever happened, Australia has a different Woolworths that's a giant supermarket that owns like everything, a bit like Tesco's.
